Vitalism: What it is,
and why it matters

Free Online Traditional Western Herbalism is also often referred to as Vitalist Herbalism. This class creates a foundation for everything you will do in herbalism. It will give you hooks on which to hang your incoming learning from now on. We'll talk about "the fire of Life" (the Life Power), and how herbs evoke response in the body, through energetics and more. This understanding is so important and so foundational that I'm teaching it for free.
